Buzzing sound from headlights on ACC

So I was standing outside my RHO with the hood up and in ACC mode, and there’s a buzzing sound that seems to be coming from the headlights. I also hear it when I turn off the engine and the lights remain on for a bit. Is that normal? Do you all hear that? Maybe it’s just the sound the lights make when running and I never hear it in the cab but it just seems surprisingly louder than I would expect.

Yes, notice this in both headlights. Can hear it with the hood down. Actually both have slightly different tones. Could be wrong but sounds like fans for cooling.

Seems like a common thing. Some guys have been getting replacement headlights. I don’t know if it’s normal or not. My driver side seems to do it, but not passenger.

Turbo cooling system is most likely what you hear after turning off engine.

I think you’re describing the sound of the LED driver modules. It’s normal.

I have the same sound from the headlights when I turn my truck off. Seems pretty common, but some have replaced their headlights, and the sound went away. It's the only "issue" I've had with my truck, so holding off on having the dealership replace them unless/until I find that it's truly an issue.

Yeah I've been having the same issue. I noticed it was significantly louder when truck was off and hazards are on, especially driver side. When I took it in to my local dealership they said it was normal for these headlights and that the reason it's louder on the driver side is because right behind the headlight there is some control module there and it makes that sound. So they just brushed it off like it was a normal thing.
I'm calling bs cause I have never heard no control module for anything on any of my other vehicles with led headlights be that loud. My experience with any kind of electronics buzzing is if it's not a cooling fan than there is something wrong with the motherboard or some sort of chip that is being overloaded with electricity and it eventually burns out.
Can anyone on here confirm who's had the same issue had them replaced and that buzzing went away?
