For the California Residents who ordered from a dealer out of state, what is your understanding of the applicability of the CA Lemon Law in this scenario? I'm seeing some conflicting information here.
@AnthonyRI since you sell to so many CA residents if you have any info on this feel free to chime in!

Fortunately, Lemon Laws are between the consumer, the manufacturer, and their state.
Dealership is lucky to abstain from that conversation, other than recording service along the way.
The only guidance I can provide is to keep accurate records of all your vehicle service, issues, time in shop, expenses - but that's more of what my father taught me than anything I've learned in working with Mark Dodge.

About the conflicting things I’ve read. Some say CA lemon law does not apply to CA residents who purchased out of state.

Other things I’ve read say that in certain circumstances, like if a vehicle is delivered to you in CA, the lemon law may still be applicable. This is only the case if the title changes hand from the seller to the buyer, in the state of CA. @AnthonyRI for those of us that ordered with you and choose to have the truck delivered to us, where is the title change recorded? There is language that suggests there must be a delivery location specified in writing, in order for this to work lawfully and retain lemon law protection in the state.
