I'm not usually a Chemical Guys product user, but I took a chance on their Ceramic HydroLeather Quick Detailer at the advice of my car wash guy.
It's about $22 - $25 (available at Walmart, Autozone, Amazon, etc.)
Chemical Guys Website: HydroLeather
It says leather, but it can be used on leather and vinyl (plastics)
I used it on the vertical edges of the single rear seat and waited an hour to test it.
Easy on, easy off with no residue. Smells pretty mild, too.
Didn't leave that over-shiny, "greased pig" slickness you get from some products.
After an hour, I was sold enough to detail the whole interior (minus the screens and shiny plastics) with the HydroLeather.
Loading up for work and school this morning, I was impressed with the deep black luster of the interior. It looked really good.
Adding this one to my detailing shelf.
