Farting around with my laptop for my CNC on some vinyl. Only took forever and a million cuts haha.

That should be on the tailgate left lower.

Just how big can you do that decal, big enough to be a bedside decal?
My plan will be to do the Rhino on the side of truck instead of the letters. I'm still playing with it.

Brother if you can get it right I would love to buy a couple off of you.

Was looking at these for the doors above the RAM logo and on the tailgate above the RHO emblem. Similar to what others have done with the Hellcat emblem above the TRX emblems

Multiple other color combinations (Red Horn, Yellow Horn, Grey background, White Logo, etc) if you just search Rhino Emblem on EBay

Interesting badges.

I'd steer clear of any "red eye" logos, though. Tends to get some people upset (i.e., pretending you have a red-eye engine) - I've seen a fair bit of that in the TRX world.

The second one looks really good. But it seems like it would be impossible to apply with double-sided tape. And even if you could, it would snag like hell when you wash the truck. Even the sharp corners on my TRX emblem constantly catch on my washing mitt and microfiber towels.

OK, I see your point. Any thoughts on other variations which are a bit thicker for double sided tape applications? Not much I can do about the snagging towels :)

Well, here's a picture of what I "thought" was going to be best for my TRX. I liked that it was solid (so applying it to the truck - to stay - would be easier). Maybe you could make a solid background for it (with varying color options).

The only reason I didn't install this on my door panels was: I didn't take into account that there are no flat surfaces on the doors. Everything has a slight curve. These rigid/flat emblems wouldn't sit down all the way.

So now they're just rotting in a drawer, lol.

If you made them thin enough to flex (even if it took a little shot from a heat gun), it would be fine. But a solid logo would be FAR easier to do that with, rather than trying to mold lots of individual spiky bits.

This Mfr. makes them from automotive grade plastic. heat gun idea should work fine to meet the curve issue. Pictures on the link above show multiple applications on curved panels. Cheap enough to give it a shot and just remove if they look bad.
