Getting updates from my dealership from 3 weeks ago I was told I should see my truck delivery on January 7th the day came and went. Ram website updates me to the 15th. My local dealership told me that the truck was on the delivery transport truck to me from the port of Benicia on the 11th of january. January 13th update dealership calls to let me know the truck is not shipped from Benicia due to damage from unloading and is telling me they are waiting on an inspector to show up at the Benicia lot to look at the vehicle and see if it's sellable. The latest update from the ram website is now the 27th of January. So far this experience is not what I was expecting I hope the truck makes up for it after the dealership figures out what damage is going on.

Ohh wow something definitely happened because my truck got shipped December 30 and arrived Benicia January 8th and dealer had it on the 10th.

if it is damaged in transit make sure you look it over very good and do not accept it if you feel it is not correct.

I was wondering the same thing. My dealer called and told me that they off loaded my truck at the railyard about an hour away from the dealership on Jan 2, the tracker showed and estimated delivery of today (Jan 14), and now it's updated to Jan 23. Why would it need to sit at the railyard for three weeks when the dealership is only an hour away?

Mine has been at the rail yard in Ohio since 11/26. Dealer says they don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered. I think it’s probably a lemon and doubtful I buy it.

Dang man. I feel way less bad than I did before...Good luck, my man.

I'm in the same boat. Mine has been at Port Allen since 11/30. Mark Dodge originally said 1-14 days to get to the dealership, but that has long passed.

Has MD explained what is the hold up? That seems awfully long.

I asked if it was stolen or wrecked or if it was the battery? They didn't 100 percent confirm, but did say that they can't do anything, the Port rep has to get with Ram to fix it, but this was the week of Christmas and I haven't really heard anything back since then. I want to email and call every day, but I don't feel like that will fix anything since it's between the Port and Ram. But boy would I love to have my truck by now.

Sometimes knowing too much hurts. I wouldn't even want to know my truck was damaged during shipping to the point they say "is it sellable?"
