Do you need help getting a TDM(pop up 1k offer)?

As of the last week or so, I havent been able to get one of these to pop up. I am still trying to snag them, but it seems to have gotten harder to get it to work.

I was just about to ask how to try to get a TDM offer myself, but as I was re-building my truck specs online, i got a pop offering a $1k private offer if i entered my Full Name, Zipcode, and email address. I filled it out and got a confirmation message saying “Thank you for signing up! Check your email for the certificate and redemption instructions.”

I assume this is exactly the same TDM process? Any idea how long before I receive it in my inbox? I was planning on placing an order for my truck tomorrow morning, or at least before the 10yr/100k warranty offer “expires”, which is Tuesday (9/2) for now until/unless they extend it soon.

Yup this is the process, normally they are in just a few minutes, however I have had some take 20ish minutes to show.

I believe it has to be used either when you place the order or when you take delivery. And it would have to be for a 26 model. I had one when I ordered my 26 RHO on 8/7 but it was for a 25 model so Anthony said it was not valid. You might want to check with him to make sure.

My TDM did say it was for a 2025 RAM 1500, and the dealer did say that it would not work on my MY26 RHO. But, for MY25, RAM did offer the $1k rebate whereas there were explicitly no rebate for the MY26 RHO.

A few days after I purchased my truck, I happened to notice in my RAM portal that my TDM was indeed redeemed. Not sure how that all works, but my deal did not have the TDM in it.

It worked on my MY26 RHO... well, sort of. I negotiated a good deal with my local dealer and when my RHO came in, I got the deal we negotiated, but when I pulled out the TDM at the end of the deal, they were like "no, RAM won't accept that."

To be fair, the TDM printed out did say it was for 2025 and they weren't working on the MY25's because they already had a nice rebate from RAM. But the MY26's had no such rebate.

A week later, I noticed on my RAM tracker that my TDM was redeemed. I thought that was pretty cheap on the dealer's part, and when I called RAM they said that was between the dealer and I. No it's not, and that's why dealers get away with it - because RAM doesn't care.

That was pretty shady of the dealer to tell you no and then collect the rebate for themselves. Great to hear you got a good deal though.

I just got one to pop up for me. I'm going to contact my dealer now. They mentioned that the MY26 TDMs were starting to wrok for customers. I was just having a hard time getting one to pop up for me.

Don't try to get the coupon until you're a week out from picking it up, they expire after a month.

You can use one if it was active at the time of order OR time of delivery.

Yes you will need a coupon that is active on the day you are signing.

I didn't get one when I ordered...I got one 2 months later, but the truck was delayed 1 month and it expired, had to get another one. Delivery was delayed another month after that, second code expired. Luckily the 1k promo was extended another month, so I grabbed one when I knew it was the dealership.
