Electronic Gremlins got me

Good luck, I went to a dealer for all this and they "made some adjustments" and I still have all the issues. I spoke with my local dealer and they said its a software issue. It is annoying not going to lie, have 9k miles and I've had these electrical gremlins early on. Some days no lights or beeps, other days it's Everytime I start the vehicle.

Yeah…I was told “it’s a software issue” & “just keep driving and enjoying my truck”.

Well, it wasn’t a software issue. Continuing to drive the truck was driving me nuts…it was quite unsafe to have warning tones & messages constantly flashing across my IP. Glad I never had an accident as a result, but maybe that was the end goal…crash it & it’s no longer their problem. IDK.

I feel that. Yeah idk, honestly the warnings and such are annoying, and when I want to use the hands free driving or cruise control it never wants to work because of these warnings/errors. I love the truck but honestly considering trying something else. This was my first RAM and I do love the build quality I'm just annoyed most of the time by the inconvenience.

Got in my truck to go home from work Saturday afternoon and got hit with the blindspot alert, auto emergency braking unavailable, and service trailer brake. I let it sit over night and the emergency braking unavailable is the only one that came back the next day. I did clean off the sensors and battery voltage seems to be normal. Unfortunately I will not be able to get to a dealer until next week. Kinda bummed, anyone else run into this or anything else I can check on my end? View attachment 17278View attachment 17279

I've just hit 1300 miles after having owned the truck for 3 months. I've also had the blind spot warning light several times. I also noticed that my dash cluster settings were not saving. I've attempted several different system resets without success. I finally disconnected all battery connections and let it sit for a couple of hours. It's been a week, haven't seen any new issues and believe it or not, my dash cluster settings are actually staying saved. Still an awesome truck!

Just acquired all same issues...have appointment on Tuesday morning. Truck has 1700 miles and hoping they can correct issue but don't have any high hopes by reading other statements. Will reply if they find something new causing issues.

Module is located under center counsel and needs to be replaced that is causing all idiot lights to malfunction. Part is on backorder and Stellantis is aware and has stopped installing. Backorder will take approx 45 days to get replacement in

Just got home from dealer...discovered there is an issue with a module that is shorting out on all hurricane equipped vehicles. Module is located under center counsel and needs to be replaced that is causing all idiot lights to malfunction. Part is on backorder and Stellantis is aware and has stopped installing. Backorder will take approx 45 days to get replacement in

Appreciate your dealer finding this out. Definitely helps us, this sounds like more of a recall if they can narrow it down to selected vehicles.

I road in someones level 1 today and it seemed/felt way faster than my Level 0... Believe that mine was detuned by some over the air flash now that happened while I was sleeping.

Was riding in the backseat, so maybe the sensation is just different than while driving... ???? I dont know... Was weird. Ive only ever driven mine. Never just rode in one.

no no no, I would think slower... I dont have all those extra modules. No pano... No carpet floormats, Just paper ones from the dealer... Even have thinner tint on the windows. Weight is weight...

But seriously... Has anyone ever experienced this??? It was also black so cant say it was because its white or silver...

It felt reasonably faster... This is a legit concern @Mikey Swift... Haha

It's fun reading you guys going back in forth on black is faster no white is faster. If you mix the two together it does make a Grey color. But if add blacks metallic and maybe squint your eyes and tilt your head to the left it could make Billet Silver. This would be the best of both and becomes the fastest color! JK

Agree to disagree. Granite Crystal Metallic is faster because of the low pressure vortex the crystals create in front of the vehicle helping pull it along. Requires a sunny day, however.
