Engine air filter serviceability??

What’s the verdict on the engine air filters? Are they serviceable?
Has anyone found an Outerwear’s cover for them?

They look like K&N if that’s the case not hard at all

I would assume you can buy a K&N air filter kit (cleaner and oil) and that would work just fine......
