If I worked as an attorney in the Chief Legal Office of an insurance / financial services company that serves the military community and their families - this is what I would tell you to do - file the claim and then let the insurance companies figure it out. I didn't want to name it for one reason - it didn't happen to me, it happened to my friends brother and all the info I got is second hand. I know for fact that the truck is crashed while it was there. But since he's already looking to hire lawyers and called MD as well, I bet it's all 100% how I heard it..

Can you at least say if the dealer is in Orange County California?
