Front License Plate Holder P/N?

Did anyone receive a front plate holder that isn't installed? Could you see what part number is listed on the back of it? Trying to determine the correct part. The 2 the dealer has tried haven't lined up correctly and the listing online doesn't show the RHO in the vehicle fitment section.

This is what I got with my RHO. There are two pieces and some instructions in a bag. I’m not planning on mounting mine so I didn’t look into what’s needed
