Fuel at delivery

For anyone anxiously awaiting delivery and pickup ... if the dealer filled the tank for you, might be worth double checking they used premium. I got to thinking, no clue what my dealer put in, although glad they filled it up - my dealer knew to use premium as I expected most others would too - but just a thought/reminder.

Good thing to check, varies dealer to dealer. Some are better than others.

My local dealer in the past did whatever was cheapest, regardless of octane requirements, short of E85. The dealer in Nebraska I got my TRX from put in premium before I even got to the dealer to work the deal. (Heck, they hadn't even cashed my "put it on hold" deposit yet and never did. Evidently the fact I was willing to do it was good enough for them.)
