Yea, but if you guys are using Spotify for example, you can use the built in equalizer to further enhance the frequencies. Try it and see if that helps when streaming music. Also make sure you set your HK system as surround.

First thing I did was set to surround and it definitely makes a difference, but again it doesn't seem to have the punch/loudness as the Alpine. I'll try the spotify workaround.

That's what I am afraid of. I have a 2022 Built to Serve with Alpine system and I love it.
