I put down the $1000 deposit on my RHO and on April 3rd it went into “confirmed” status. On April 23rd it moved to “scheduled” status, BUT i checked it today and it’s been moved backwards from “scheduled” status to “confirmed”. And on top of that the “confirmed” date now reads June 12th….. did they just start me over fresh and I lost over 2 months of waiting ……. What the heck, Has this happened to anyone else out there???

Happened to many of us last summer/fall. The tracker is random and pretty unreliable. Mine still doesn't even show shipped, yet I've had it since December.

I'm also wondering if the had you set up for a MY2025 and then switched you to a MY2026, thus resulting in a delay?

Ask your salesman for a fresh print out of the POC (Priced Order Confirmation). It will give you the exact status.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered 3/12 and was scheduled 3/17. I believe they are pushing our 2025MY to 2026MY.

soooo i just now spoke to mark dodge on the phone (great dealership) He said they have been on the phone with Stalantis about it already trying to figure out what is happening, basically what he said is that all trucks confirmed around my order date and after are now being bumped into 2026 model years price protected MSRP and should be for incentives as well. Im happy with that, ive still got my 2019 high country that GM just had to warranty replace my 6.2L engine in. Soooo Glad I bought it Certified Pre Owned… I only had 4 months left on the Warranty.

Side note: If yall know of anyone looking for a nice 2019 Silverado high country with 70k miles and a New engine in it let me know!!! I’ll be selling it as soon as I get a clearer picture of when my RHO will arrive.

Happened to me also. Order confirmed March 24th, scheduled for production on March 26th, now as of today it shows order confirmed on June 12th. My VIN number has also completely changed.

Yes my VIN also changed, mark dodge gave me the new VIN # over the phone.

Was monotone an option? In 2025 you were forced into two-tone, unless you chose black

I wouldn’t put much faith in the online configurator pictures. It’s famously inaccurate.

You didnt add the roof and bed during the build process. Enjoy the RHO convertible.
