How many miles were on your truck

Curious we are at the dealer and how many miles did your truck have. This one is already showing 30 miles?

65 on mine, dealer was saying they have seen a few with more then 50. They said probably the vehicle was put through some additional testing.

Does anyone know how they get the miles? Do the tech's need to drive them as part of the pdi? I would hope dealers aren't letting people test drive ordered/presold trucks.

I believe once truck is taken out of transport mode they have to take a test drive. Some do short some do a little longer. Koons usually has 14 to 24 miles from all my past purxhases with them

Thanks everyone, I’m certain the dealer put 8-10 miles on it now which is disappointing especially all the BS I’m going through now. Thinking if they don’t respond soon, I’ll hire an attorney.

Unfortunately mileage for a new car typically ranges between 5 and 50 miles. Higher figures may indicate test drives or short-term use as a demo vehicle but you are under 50 and honestly doubt someone test drove your truck, it could have even been as simple as a tire pressure light they had to reset and take it for a additional drive as part of inspection.
