Why you have tempt us like that! I will be ordering for sure. I just want to put maybe a thousand or two on the truck to make sure no serious issues. Will they be updating the tune as they learn more? I thought I saw Satera say something like map 2 and 3 were having issues.

That's why they've still got the "BETA" Part! They are constantly learning and adjusting to the platform, the more guys using & reporting back helps..this platforms going to take off very well! Satera being able to push one of these I think is great.

More than happy to help when you are ready, just make sure you do not have a lemon first! Haha.

So I assume guys like Satera are sending data logs back to them and they are tweaking? Then can they just send out updates to everyone? Never used a JB4. Only direct tuned the ECU or currently use Cobb on the 911.

Wonder how long before someone can crack the ECU and get a proper tune on it.

I pray there is no lemon in my future. But seen multiple guys loose power and I thing some spring or clip to the turbo cause loss of boost. I want to beat the hell out of the truck at stock boost level before turning it up.

I know they quote like a 104WHp gain but isn't that on the stage 3 map which I think needed some race fuel mixed in?

I think Satera said they were working on cracking the PCM already as he was toying with this engine on a grand Wagoneer prior.

The JB4 Can be updated yes. I think for early on this is a better option anyhow as it doesn't set any permanent fault codes in the PCM like unlocking does.

I've also got a 911 (992 C2S) with a few mods. M-Engineering stage 2 tune with 200 cell sport cats. She is a beast!

Per burger site, Map 1 is a 58whp gain and map 3 is 100whp. They also list a Map 4 which I had not heard about that was a 131whp gain.

Talk to me about Porsches! I was chatting with M-engineering a month at the track. I have a 997.2 Turbo S with built 4.0l engine running garret turbos and meth. Motor was built to handle 1,400whp and she shoots like 5 foot flames thru her straight pipes.

Look forward to seeing what the engine can do once the ECU is cracked.
