I have replied to one of y'all before. I have also talked to Ram. Why on earth would they contact the dealer to expedite the order? I also ordered flame red and have gotten exactly 0 information as to what is going to happen. MD has no control over this situation from my understanding. I am going to call them today while I sit in an airport, but this is insane. Either they have the color to build the truck or they don't. No one having a clue what is going on is bat shit crazy.
Excited for the truck no doubt but so frustrated with Ram and their process of building trucks. I haven't order a vehicle in like 20 years but sure seems like the process was more straight forward as well as faster. 20 years later with all this technology and streamlining you would think it would be better.
Talked with Ram and confirmed with MD. my 2025 order has been cancelled and turned into a 2026 order. Now we wait to see what they do about color. Positive news based on todays events. My Order number apparently stays the same.
When did you place your order? And you said your order stays the same? You ordered Flame red correct? If so they are going to give you that color? If so that is great news if that is true, and my order is canceled too.
Ordered 3/17. My order number stayed the same so the tracker hasn't changed. I called Ram who told me order was cancelled then Emailed Anthony (dude is a saint by the way) at MD and he confirmed what Ram told me and told me that my 2025 order had been cloned as a 2026 with the same order number. As for color, that is what we are waiting to find out. Anthony said he had not heard what Ram was going to do yet. I'll hit him up again in a couple days if I don't hear anything.

Today I solved my problem yesterday I scoured the Internet looking for every RHO I could find there were triplets three Hydro blue RHO’s in Clinton Illinois at the local dealer. There are now only two.

Thank when I found out it was literally triplets so I had three to choose from in case there was something wrong with any of them. I knew that was my go to resolution. It might’ve worked out better than the one that had my name on it because that would’ve been a choice of only one. That didn’t turn out so well for me. The first go around due to the dealer gouging the tailgate, taking their silly dealer sticker off.
I also have red ordered in March they flat out canceled my 25 order will not make it. Moved it to 26 told me as of now no red. I was originally told they were going to bring it into 26 for those who ordered it 25 but as of now I'm being told now. This really pisses me off I sold my other vehicles In preparation I even had a damn ship date!!!
Dude that sucks! Just went yo the dealer today told color choices as right now to order are black, white, billet silver and forge blue. No flame red anymore and it was really hard to decide but I went billet silver. I have already had two white trucks and really don't want a third. Other two colors are just not for me. I don't know if I'll buy one now honestly I'm that pissed. They are going to release a bunch more colors here shortly and screw the guys that have been waiting the longest. That's wrong. I ordered every option they make sunroof, inverter ( they canceled that ) tow packages, bed liner the works I spared zero expense. I don't want a basic color for this truck.
I get it, I owned a 2004 Ram SRT10 flame red. And I thought the RHO was a good nod to that with 500+ HP truck and it would be my fun truck.
It's not a good look at all. What's worse is they knew for a long time they were doing this and didn't say a word. I had a vin and ship date, then it disappeared and they were radio silent.
My old order still shows scheduled as of tonight, but technically canceled. They cannot even update or maintain a electronic database.
