I figured I just start a new thread with some clips of the mrt extreme mid pipes on my rho! Let me know what you guys wanna see or know! I attached a quick full throttle, warm start (I’ll try to get a cold start tmrw) and some revs! The rev limiter sucks! lol

Nice! This will hold me in over till I install mine next week. I think it sounds pretty good.

What does the install require? Welding? Cutting? Is this in the middle of the exhaust or towards the end with the tips?

Sounds about as good as the Superbowl halftime show did last week....Ordering my RHO this weekend, will not be adding anything to amplify the anemic exhaust note....Didn't think twice about adding 3" stainless on my GC SRT or removing the baffles on my LSA ZL1... They both have sounds worth sharing in my opinion...

Still no exterior WOT videos of these mid pipes. I'm skeptical if amplifying the sound of these trucks will sound better than stock imo.

Interior noise around 80 mph. Definitely noticeable, little droney. Not too bad for me though!

I'm so torn. I can't tell from the video how much additional noise there is over stock. I really don't want a bunch of drone but I otherwise love the sound of the Extreme

Considering the Rho is pretty quite while cruising to me the extreme sounds significantly louder. I love the sound of the exhaust but it's def a tradeoff if you want a louder system. Would be nice if anyone with the extreme can do a decibel test

I believe most exhaust system will drone unless they add a J-pipe. My exhaust also drones at 2300 rpm but dies off shortly afterwards.

So, I just put mine on and the JB4 tuner. I now have a permanent shit-eating grin while driving. I think the MRT Extreme is super loud when you get on it. Doing a video isn't going to convince someone to get it. I wasn't expecting it to be as loud as it is. It sounds like a fast sports car, but with a bad-ass truck body.
