I have a RHO and it has the on board power system we'll i got underneath it today and realized it's not plugged to anything. Has anyone had this issue and I can't find where it's supposed to plug

Well I guess thats the next thing I need to look at!

Or it may actually be the in bed 115v exterior outlet but if someone can show me where this damn thing plugs into i would appreciate it.

Right above the rear bed step. Mine is broken and waiting for a replacement in hopes the wiring is good. When I unplug it the dash button flashes and shuts off so I know it at least senses it.

I've looked all over when you get a chance could you take a picture of the location please

Here you go

The red and blue wire plug you see with the two non braided lines. The bed plug whip is only like 18” so you can’t go far. Do you see the end of the wire unplugged coming from the bed outlet or is it just not working?

So I'm pretty sure I'm missing the whole harness lol

They gave you a plug for an option you don’t have I think. Thought the bed outlet came with the bed group and it looks like you don’t have a spray in liner or rear step? If so that should just be a filler panel.

Murph i do see the wire coming from the plug in the bed there just isn't anything to plug it to

Did you get the bed utility group?

  • Exterior 115V AC Outlet
  • 4-Adjustable Cargo Tie-Down Hooks by Mopar®
  • Deployable Bed-Step by Mopar®
  • Spray-In Bedliner by Mopar®

Ok thanks for your help guess it's a mess up from the factory

Shocked they have a different harness just for that option so someone can’t add it after.

Yes me too I texted the gm of my local dealership I'll see what he says

But my bed wasn't sprayed or the bed step i have my own truck accessorie company here in town so I didn't want it sprayed since I sprayed at my business also have access to bed steps

Well sure they will at a minimum give you the cover plate you should have gotten so you don’t have to look at an option you don’t have. 400 watts is all but useless anyways

It sucks because I just put a bed rug in it and cut it out for it lol I'll just leave probably never use it

I have the bottom only bed rug and really like it. Looks really good with the sides also. One other question is do you have the bed outlet power button on your dash near the adjustable pedals?

No sir I dont
