Something someone said in a post I read today just resonated with me - it seems those of us who placed our orders prior to RHO production start-up got pushed aside. Maybe this isn't new but it was to me. As one of those, (Aug 2), my order recently went to 'scheduled'. Two questions:

1. Did anyone who ordered pre-production get their truck in 2024?
2. Those, like me, who ordered pre-prod, how long until your truck showed 'In Production' after being reported as 'Scheduled'?

Your questions have complicated answers.
Not many were delivered in 2024 but most seemed newer orders with a mix all over the place. That information is largely anecdotal, but we do have some data to support it.

Second, many of us went into scheduled, only to be pulled from "scheduled" and rescheduled later, though that information wasn't transparent and thus not on tracker. When people go from schedule to production the time varies between days, weeks and months in some cases. For reference, I ordered in April and it's had zero movement. My second order (May 10) was mine on Jan 14th, in a fashion.

It's easy to drive yourself insane with the randomness of it all. The good news is kinks keep seeming to be worked out as production ramps. Grab a beer, hang out and you'll get a call it's at a railyard in no time. (Railyard can be days, weeks or longer also)

Yeah, well - you got me. I ask complicated questions because I'm a complicated him, his, he, y-chromosone, stand-up-pee'er(since I could stand), etc. I'm a martini into my Friday and all I can do is look for RHO reviews because I've been flat shittin-ass hooked on this thing since I found out about it. I've had two Syclones (one I bought new, the other I modded) and have been looking for their truck equivalent since. Yeah, I know this and those aren't the same except they kick/kicked the snot out of everything they run/ran into on the street. It's childish but I'm about that.

All good, I get you. I NEEDED a truck last May but local dealer pulled some BS in April on an order that was coming in May. Pivoted to RHO and the 9 months felt longer than my wife's pregnancy. I started ordering parts for it in May/June to give me something to do and prepare for. The waiting game isn't fun but is what it is.

From piecing together some of the things I’ve heard, and reading some of the posts here, many of the early orders (May 8th myself) were not scheduled by ram properly… unless you ordered black.

For whatever reason black preorders hit the ground running, while the majority of the others got passed by. MD noticed this in October and did the best of their ability to get a resolution from Ram.

I’ve been as patient as possible, then got kinda pissed off when guys who ordered in late November got their trucks before Christmas.

I ended up emailing the CEO of Ram on Dec 9th, after many others did, and never heard anything back. But then several of our early orders started to get scheduled in early January.

My tracker updated 2 days late to scheduled Jan 08, and again 2 days late as in production Jan 20, and to my surprise, the Ram CEO emailed my back on the 23rd and told me I was in G status.

I’ve still been “in production” per the tracker but Anthony at MD told me the truck is complete just waiting for release (JS status).

On that note, I’ve seen other guys trucks who started production after mine and are already shipped.

At this point I’m just hoping that my truck doesn’t sit at the rail yard for weeks like others and that when it shows up it doesn’t have a dead battery or any other issues some of the early deliveries were having.

I was May 10 and black and truck just showed last week. 10 days before 9 month mark. I did not accept it as I also have blue ordered because it was too late to shift my original order when forged came out so if anyone wants one its sitting at MD. Level 1, pano, bead locks, bed utility group. Mine went into supposed production very quick so no changes allowed but then sat there for 6 months.

I had two black pre-orders one took shy of 9 months and the other isn't even scheduled (April 27ish)

I ordered august 30th so same month at least. I can tell you I was scheduled I believe Jan 13. If US customer cares email is accurate time. I say this because the tracker still reflects the original scheduled date where I got pulled back. I’m in production as of 1.28.25 and found out 1.30.25 when tracker updated. Hope that helps.

I ordered June 27 and it landed at Mark Dodge yesterday. Some people who ordered in April are still waiting, some who ordered in December have already broken in their trucks.

I don't think there is a pattern. Just all together awful business by Ram.

If you don't mind could you please forward me the CEO mail address looking to ask him a question or two I promise if you want to know the results that I received I will forward them to you thank you for your time.

My anecdotal evidence - screenshotstaken at 9:24 CDT. IMO pretty clear what was happening. Ram was putting orders in a pile. New orders on top. When they started production, it seems like they then pulled orders from the top to fill their sequencing. No other way to explain why September and October orders were getting scheduled within weeks.

Same thing happened with my April order. I'd imagine some day in 2026 or later I'll get a call about it
