Hoping someone can help me out and post some specific photos of the interior of a level 1 truck.

The last few vehicles Ive owned, I have mounted a Valentine 1 Gen 2 radar detector right underneath the rearview mirror and hardwire it directly to the vehicles power source so that it turns on and off with ignition.

The company I have gone with for 3 vehicles now has been Blendmount, and they are great.
They do not yet have a mount designed for the 2025 RAM 1500.

Can someone take a photo of the mirror? Its a somewhat specific photo. It has to be taken from the passenger seat, looking from a side profile at the mirror, example below screenshotted from their website.

I would do this but my truck has not yet been delivered! Thanks all!

Look up blend mount. Used it in several vehicles. Currently have it in both my trucks. You can pick which version you will have in the truck.

The blend mount for the 2025 is the same mount as previous years.

Got it, good to know! Their website specifically says "We're sorry! We don't have a mount for your vehicle"

LOL.
Anyways... Did you use their mirror tap kit?

I personally went with this company for the last few times. It is still the same also. It uses the power already provided by the trucks mirror. The only thing about putting this in is the cover that goes over the sensors and stuff behind the mirror are a real pain sometimes because you have to line up the cover just right so it snaps back in. I’ve got this and the blend mount already sitting in my shop for the truck when it arrives.

With the radar mount you will probably end up installing the little “extender” link to make sure it drops down below the mirro far enough. I run a Uniden R7 on my truck and it’s never let me down yet.

planned on doing this setup, it's just a Velcro mount, but figured if you can get a phone and radar detector mount for the same price as the blend mount then why not.

With wireless charger below the main screen and seamless phone integration into it as well, that might find that setup very cumbersome and unnecessary. I'll snap some photos of mirror area in AM so you have an idea of space but with dash cam and v1 you'd lose a larger portion of windshield than I'd like and our here I'd definitely get ticked for it, especially when we can't anything hanging from rearview. Sold my v1 some years back, and not sure what I'd do just yet, but luckily many of you fine folks will go full guinea to help the cause ;)

How do you know it will fit if you don't have your truck yet?

Because nothing changed on the windshield. I’ve looked at an RHO that was on my local dealers lot and it’s literally the same as a limited mirror with or without the digital backup mirror.
