Congrats first issue that actually didn't come from Ram... really sorry to hear

OMG! Sorry man - I would be soooo upset!

I bet the drive didn't know the RHO sits higher than the rest of his load.

Dude, That sucks! You should request that the dealer find you another truck within the dealer network!

That's sucks. Have them order you a new one. That has way too much damage to make it worth it.

Damn, how does that work with insurance? You are the owner at that point, do they still deliver it and tell you to file a claim or something?

Delivered to his house or delivered to dealership? If delivered to dealership then he didn’t buy it yet, if delivered to his house, the truck company is supposed to have their own insurance for the load they are carrying, your insurance isn’t part of this.

Yeah. I was wondering the same thing! We need more info on this one.

The truck was delivered to the dealership so they are responsible I asked just for giggles how much discount I can get if I take it as is, lol he said they cannot sell it

What happens to a vehicle like this? Does it get repaired and sold? If so, can they sell it as "new"?

Genuinely curious about this one.

Ouch, that is just painful to see happen to a new vehicle. Did you make any changes on the order for the replacement?
