Remote start failure

Does anyone else have this problem? My remote start will start up then cut off after a few seconds. Started yesterday and worked fine before that.

The truck starts and runs fine when you're in the vehicle starting it the traditional way.

Edit: it was because my low fuel sensor engaged...

Ah, I bet that's it! The low fuel indicator came on yesterday. Says I have 47 miles left but I'll refill and try again. Thanks @Eighty it probably is that simple .

Your dash should give you that notification if remote start was terminated due to low fuel.

I have done this myself and big forehead slap moment.
It will also not remote start if any door is slightly ajar, I've found.

Yep, filled it up and confirmed that was it. Filled my dumbass quota for the day (I hope). In my defense, my last vehicle did not have this wonderful feature.

I switched from a 2020 Rap and did the same thing for a couple of days…I felt like a dumbass when I asked a bud and he asked if it was low on fuel lol!…the struggle is real haha.

Yep! I had the same thing happen to me because I was low on gas. I thought "Oh no, here's another glitch on these RHO's". Like some of you, my previous Rebel did not do this, so I was taken aback at first. All is good!!
