RHO High Output Down Pipes

I've been patiently waiting for down pipes to hit the market. I would really like some details when you get these together. It's going to be hard to compete with SS works if they come in at $2400 with a lifetime warranty. But I will gladly take quality over a warranty.

What's their argument on the oil separator? Doesn't it keep less oil from being burned and therefore emitted?

Someone needs to protect the environment so that Gavin Newsom and all the wealthy liberals can live in their air conditioned mansions, fly around the world in private jets, and consume endless amounts of shit in general.

I have just about talked myself into building a set of ultra high flow catted down pipes for the RHO. Is there any additional interest? Would be CNC mandrel bent 304 ss and tig welded utilizing EPA compliant ultra high flow cats. Would be in the $2200 neighborhood given the cost of the cats at almost $1600 alone.
Which cats do you plan on using for the down pipes?

Great to others making high flow downpipes. Im starting my build for this week.

Stainless works already has one out.

I’m not sure. Looking at their video with the connection it certainly suggest that. But I think that would’ve been a mistake building one for the SO and not the HO. I would think anybody wanting more performance is going to start out with something that has an HO motor in it.

I completely forgot I had messaged them on IG. They do not have one for the RHO currently. Their response was this when I asked if they plan to do one for the RHO.

"Yes we are, hopefully in the near future. We are just waiting to get one into the shop"

Where are they located?

I'm sure an RHO Forums member nearby would be able to help.

Definitely sounds good, you could beat the aftermarket on something we all drastically need.just have to make sure no CEL.
It won't trigger a CEL and will be 49 state EPA compliant.

maybe they can join the forum and start their own thread 🤷‍♂️

Any updates? Starting to see some traffic on these, looks like Dcchris311 has made a set and is looking to go into production as well.
Yep, waiting on cats to clear customs from Canada. He is going a different direction than I am. We have an extensive background in turbo vehicles and have even developed turbo kits for an OEM. There are things you learn along the way and those will be implemented into the DP's. Our product will perform and have data to back it up. "Haste makes waste"

Did you post prices I may be blind?

They will be priced extremely competitively given the quality of construction. The stuff we build / have built would feel quite at home on any exotic car.

One of my favorite parts we built for another 3.0L twin turbo platform, were turbo outlet hard pipes. If you look at that first image of how the two 2.0" collector pipes flare to meet the union of the single 2.5" pipe... You don't see that except on racecars and exotics and even then it's not a given. The inside collector is simply a work of art. These were and still are the highest flowing best performing outlets on the planet.... and will always be... They have since been ripped off and sent to china to pump out cheap shit by "competitors".

Those outlets "should be" $799... I brought them to market at $299. Insane value to quality ratio.

The DP's will be the best built, highest flowing, most power producing down pipes available for the platform!

If that resonates with you, I would stay tuned and wait to see what's coming.
