Looks like it's a TUFFY locking lid....
I have the TUFFY Locking box on my Jeep.
The reviews say this is not a good fit.

Just leave the key in the lock, always there when you need it

It's just the lid. But you would have to cut out the plastic from the bottom of the truck that's pretty protected by the skid plates. It can be done but it's something. And the thief would have to think there actually is something worth stealing in there. If you wanted something more secure, they sell a center console safe as well for $250-$300. It's the same idea, top piece only, but you would have to cut through some metal on the bottom of the truck.
