Uconnect issue or nah

I have tried every which way to enable the “easy exit” function that moves steering wheel and seat upon engine shutdown. But, it doesn’t work when selected or unselected. Am I missing something or is this a uconnect/software issue?

I don’t think the steering wheel moves at all since it’s adjusted manually. My seat works just fine, but I guess if you had the seat in the almost furthest back position, it might not move. My easy exit seat goes almost all the way back, but there’s probably been another inch it could go. I imagine if your seats are already in this position, it might not work.

not 100% sure on this one - but I think I remember reading someone on the forum here stated you had to save a driver memory position for the for the "easy exit" to work (and agree the steering wheel is manual so no movement there) .... if I can find the post ill share.
