VIN / Insurance question

So, I sent all the new RHO information to my insurance agent on the day I purchased the truck. A few days later, my insurance agent tells me the VIN is coming back to a TRX. Anyone else run into this?? I’ve sent pictures of the window sticker, and truck badging to show it’s not a TRX. (scratching my head on this one)

Same here…shows TRX…US double A.

Someone said they called their insurance & argued it needed to show RHO. He also figured it would be a lower premium due to lower HP. Well, they got him a rate for a policy showing RHO & the premium went up. Guessing they don’t have any loss experience on RHO, so TRX rates are being utilized for now.

Same thing BUT I transposed 1 number/letter of the vin. My fault. Double check your vin.
