2024 Raptor Owner Now RHO Owner - Power Issues

Did your Raptor ever run a 4.8s 0-60 in 90deg heat? I’m thinking not.

Could it be just the difference in how the suspension reacts to the initial take off that simply feels different to you?
I want to test what others have said on the infotainment screen versus gauge cluster and see. It very well could be the suspension I would just say from a roll of about 40-50 nailing it in the raptor it definitely put you in your seat more where this does not. I realize that doesnt mean its slower just the seat of the pants feeling. I think the RHO is faster just seems to be doing it without any drama.

So not to make this thread too long but I have owned a number of raptors with my last one being a 2024 in Shelter Green. I loved everything about the truck except the transmission. It is so clunky and after about 10k miles I noticed it started to slip on the 3-4 and 4-5 shift. In any event, I upgraded to a 2025 RHO. I say upgraded because everything about this truck feels much more premium. Having said that, I was wildly underwhelmed by the power. I thought with 540HP this would feel like my raptor with a tune but it doesnt. Launch control was fun but again didnt feel as quick as my raptor - the raptor actually put me in my seat from a dig and from a roll. And for reference my raptor was the ecoboost, not the R.

Something just doesnt feel like I am getting full power out of this truck but there are no lights on the dash. I went to the performance pages yesterday and did a number pulls from a dig, from 40, 50, 60, etc. The HP gauge never went past 410hp. The tq gauge went to around 511 max. Also boost never exceeded 25 psi. I know the truck is pulling around more weight than my raptor and the engine is definitely more refined, but I was definitely underwhelmed.
Bummer keep us posted. I had a 21 and 24 Raptor F150 and my RHO definatley feels stronger than (21, not the 24 R). But I can also get over 540hp on my gauges too...

Well that’s not good for me and @itsmekylep hitting over 540 on gauges. I’m 85 ish less than that on a non dealer visited truck I’ve had since March.

I’m going to try again in the morning and see if temperature makes a difference, just for fun. I could have swore I was reading over 500 last week.

I checked last night and as some suspected the gauge cluster showed 536hp and full torque, while the infotainment screen still showed ~410hp and similar torque figures...weird

Will do...I've watched all your videos. You actually are the one that convinced me to give the RHO a try after having a few raptors. Overall very happy, and can say your reviews are spot on when comparing the too. There are definitely things I miss about the raptor, but the interior upgrade alone was worth the switch, everything just feels a level up in terms of materials and fit and finish compared to Ford.
