2026 RAM RHO Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Has anyone found literally anyone that they can reach out to get some sort of help? This is beyond insane but what I’ve realized after almost a year is that this company truly does not care about the customers they only care about money. It would be so easy for them to track when vehicles have been in production for extreme amounts of time but they simply don’t because they don’t care.

312 days??!!...You have some serious patience....I am ready to jump ship after 6 weeks of zero movement!

Oh I’ve tried many many times. I don’t know what has actually been said between dealership and the regional rep but it has been no help. Thank you though and I’ll keep an eye out for your post everyday!

When I tried that for mine, (which took 243 days) dealer told me their Rep said they couldn't do anything to push it through.

Makes you wonder if it’s a script! 154 days ordered, 73 in production.

Hang in there bro. I waited 350 days for mine. same BS. ordered may 2024, was "in production" and at the factory from january 2025- april 2025 then went through all the shipping limbo. Finally got it May of 2025. Its complete bs how long it takes but its been proven over the past 5 years there is no rhyme nor reason to it. Luck of the draw. The day it finally showed up was beyond worth the wait!!! hang in there.

Many people were like "just place another order". yeah im not gonna risk my $1000 deposit because im impatient and may or may not get the second truck faster. The second i would place second order my first one would get built and eat $1000 since still inside 9 month window for deposit refund.

I actually do not understand RAM and their process. I have not once received any communication from them, even when the order was placed. I have placed special orders with 4 other manufacturers and received emails immediately and throughout the entire process up to delivery.
 
The number of trucks waiting for Window Stickers is creeping all the way up again. Looks like they are building them way faster than they can give the final approval to the trucks for shipping.

If it's any consolation, it's getting even worse on the non-RHO side of production. There are almost 3,000 non-RHO trucks waiting for a window sticker now. A short while back (before Christmas), the RHO was more than half of the group. Now it's only about 38%.

That's good to hear. Hopefully that means that they got the final touches dialed in and are running into less issues with the final production. Hopefully they have their battery issues and their electronic / software issues under control
