Hey Eighty, When you see the window sticker, does that mean it is in KZ status in the dealer's computer? Also, does that mean it is just waiting for to ship by rail? Thx!
Yes, it will be some variation of KZ (depending on where it is in the journey). It starts at KZ, then progresses through to KZX which means it's been delivered.
The reason I ask is that the dealer's Stellantis rep is telling him that my truck is currently in the rail yard in Detroit waiting to get on a train. I was just wondering if it's just bullsht...lol, since it's still in JB status & you haven't received the WS???
Hard to say. I don't see the window sticker until they publish it (the next day, possibly two days later). And your online tracker probably shows the same. But if it made a move today and the rep is giving you live information, then there's a chance that it's true. The best way to verify would be to have your dealer look it up in his system. It should reflect the current status.
Build sheet means build in progress, correct? I thought it meant built, but tracker shows me going into production on 1/31.

Build sheet means it has come off of the main assembly line. The Ram tracker appears to call it "in production" until the window sticker is issued (when it's released). It's a bit of trickery on their part...calling it "in production" when it's really sitting in a parking lot waiting for people to get around to finishing it.
Your build sheet was published on 1/12/26, but no window sticker yet. So it's somewhere in limbo right now, either waiting on the body vendor or final inspections.
