Might be late this evening (or more likely tomorrow) before I can produce the latest production results. I was away from my computer for most of today, driving the TRX in my daughter's homecoming parade. She's on the Homecoming Court, and asked for the TRX to be the Royal Carriage. I don't remember her specifically asking if her Dad could also be there, but whatever. I was there too, lol.

So I just started a scan (starting at the 150 Group, which is where the 2026 model year started). FCA is still barely getting around to some of the earliest orders. First three results are in the 152 and 153 groups. But I suspect there will be some 250+ groups as well, smh

Damn mine is 221054 and they're building a 221056 unless the # before the T means something
They don't do them in order. Mine starts with 182 and just got built this week. Ram just picks vin#'s out of a hat to choose which truck to build next.
The number before the TN is not significant to anyone, except law enforcement. It's called the "check digit".

No, it's like @INTIMD8R said. They don't build in order, and never have. There's some kind of logic, I'm sure, but it has never made sense. If you look at any given day's production, it ranges from the earliest orders (the 150 group for MY26) to the most recent orders (somewhere around the 250 group right now). Here's a chart of the groups for yesterday's RHO window stickers. Makes no sense to anyone who is expecting a certain order to the builds.
Now, with that said, there is a certain "flow" for the main groupings. If you look at the bigger picture, you'll see that they make a main pass through ranges of groups. Generally hitting 50-70% of the group as they move through. And then clean up the rest somewhere in the future. Here are some charts showing overall SHAP production.
Here's a snapshot from 9/6. Moving through the 209-212 groups, for the most part.
Then another one from 9/20. Moving through the 214-222 groups, for the most part.
But as you can see, they're always pushing out some trucks way early (and some way late).
