Not that I thought you were lying, but I checked the data and this does indeed appear to be the case. All the trucks with trailer-tow mirrors have the trailer-tow group.

Not sure what you mean. The Trailer Reverse Guidance with the Towing Technolgy Group is different from the Trailer Tow Group which has the Control Knob. Again, IIRC, if you pick the Towing Technolgy Group, you get many other automatic options. I would build it as you ordered it on the Ram site for comparison.

You said the problem was the trailer reverse knob (which is the Trailer Reverse Steering Control, and that's part of the Trailer-Tow Group).

Did you mean the Trailer Hitch Line-Up Assist, which is part of the Towing Technology Group?

With Trailer Tow Mirrors, you can go either way with the Towing Technology Group.

Odd place to put it but, I like to clarify this way. This must happen in order, you cannot jump ahead.

All RHO have Receiver Hitch, brake control, and wiring harness.
If you get Level 1 Group, then you MAY choose to add the Trailer Tow Group (knob, ttpms)
If you get the Trailer Tow Group, you MAY choose to add the Trailer Tow Mirrors (big moose)
If you get the Trailer Tow Mirrors, you MAY choose to add the Tow Tech Group (hitch line, reverse guidance)

I originally wanted the Forged Blue but was able to get the white one after someone traded it in with 100 miles. Brian at Koons worked out a good deal and trade for a 2026 that was hard to pass up.

I was confused as well during the conversation. I will reach out to Ram and ask them directly but probably too late. This was on the build sheet. I built it online first and just sent it to the dealer and their wasn't a conflict so not sure where the miscommunication is since I went through the sales manager so it was due to lack of experience on his part so much so maybe dementia setting in? jk

wheres it showing closed? I looked earlier and its still an option on the website builder... also Serrano Green looks interesting, and Molten Red would look AMAZING with the red stitching option

It’s still on the ram website, but none of the dealers are accepting that color anymore

As I understand it, new orders for Canyon Lakes are no longer available. But they'll still be building them for a while, until all the previous orders are cleared out (or canceled).
Don't pay any attention to the website - it lags by as much as 6 months from reality.

mine got to pearland on 9/28. No Movement for me to MD yet. My estimated delivery date flipped from 10/9 to TBD as well so who knows at this point.

I just got mine built too. I reached out to my dealership since last week but they have gone radio silent which has gotten me kinda annoyed lol. Have you had any contact with your rep on how long they take to ship out after they are done?
