Ship date means it is starting production now. I know its confusing but that's what I found out to.
 
I just called the dealer, and he let me know his system is showing a ship date of Nov 8th, and once shipped should be delivered to dealer within a week..... This group has enlightened me to that is not normally the case, haha

Yes that will happen. No one know how Ram decides to build their next truck as vin#'s are all over the place when going down the line. My second order was in June and there were trucks ordered in July that were built before me. Fact is I'm still waiting for my truck.

I don’t know anything about mass producing trucks but I could see some of it maybe being due to running out of certain materials and needing to keep production going on what they can build while they wait for those materials.

That's what one would naturally assume. But it always gets debunked (usually by me). Back during Covid, there would be a wild rumor of "they're out of pano sunroofs", or "they ran out of g/t exhaust systems" or whatever. And every time, I would pull up the day's build sheets and show dozens or hundreds of trucks that had that exact part on them.
There have truly been a handful of times when they actually ran out of certain parts. And it almost always caused the rest of the shifts to be cancelled for the day.

Yea i ordered a gt during Covid. 3 moths from order to dealership i was amazed but hell I'm over 3 months now but I'm patient

I feel your pain. First order was in March, then it changed to a 2026 in June. Production started on Sept. 9th and was stuck in inspection up until last week when it finally went to JB status..wonder if it will get to me this year.
 
Either they're very late on posting window stickers, or they've found a new way to low-key block me. Because I'm not finding any window stickers (RHO or otherwise). I'm still finding non-RHO build sheets, so I'm thinking they just haven't posted WS's yet. I guess I'll try again later.
