2026 RAM RHO Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Looks like all I had to do to get my truck started was sign up and complain online and less than 24hrs later it’s in production!

I love that all these orders are moving along now… Maybe my 6 month old order will be done by the end of the year.

haha at least one 6 month order is moving. I really hope my tracker is just not working.

They aren't building any. Only built 400something so far in '26. 9 a day? Besides us, the demand for the RHO has been tepid at best. Hemi demand, on the other hand ... 10,000+ orders within the 1st 24 hours of it becoming available. Easy decision on what to build for Ram.

What about all customer sold Rams, they shouldn't neglect customers that placed orders 6 months ago.

I was told by Anthony yesterday that they had 18 RHO’s go into production the past week.

Same. ordered march 12, pushed to 26MY in June. No update on my order other than built by 09/09. Rams build process makes no sense

Lucky you, my truck has the exact same date for confirmation and scheduling. I previously ordered the truck level 1 in mid march and it got put into d1 but stayed there until the truck was pushed to 2026. My dealership was absolutely useless and only had one response to my questions. “We don’t have any say in production. Once it goes in production, we can rush shipping but just keep waiting”. Tbh idk if waiting more is worth it. There are many rhos at dealerships and in my dealership, they gave me absolutely no rebates. They gave me 1500 off but that’s it.

I saw the same article, but it's misleading honestly, it is a great headline though!

That was 10K orders, not sold-orders. So that's 99% dealer stock, not customers like yourselves.
They're not cranking out HEMI production yet either (Its only bighorn/laramie so far I think)
I'm only seeing about 1700 in the inventory search between dealers. @Eighty may be able to pull better charts

Whatever their reason for holding up, it was planned or at least forecasted to some extent.
out of 126 RHO's that I have in D1 status, 96 of them hit that status between 7/22-7/31, and were assigned build dates between 9/8-9/16.
August looked Dark the whole time. NOW, the question will be, how well can they achieve that big ol' block of schedules.

The numbers change daily, but I believe I had found 1,545 Hemi stickers at last count. All Bighorns.
EDIT: now the Hemi number is over 1800, still all Bighorns that I can find.

Yes. Might even be a little aggressive. Once it leaves the factory floor, it goes to the body vendor. Then it needs to pass inspection. Then it goes onto a transport to the rail yard. Then it waits for the right train. There may be a transfer somewhere along the way to another train. When it finally gets to your city, it gets unloaded and has to wait for a transport to take it to the dealership. At any of those transfer points, there could be a couple of days (or in extreme cases, weeks) where it just sits waiting for someone to move it.

Thanks for the info! I noticed an earlier post in the thread (just a few messages above) with a similar In Production date (Sep 4), but the Estimated Delivery is way earlier (Oct 13). Not sure why there is such a big difference...

Thanks for the info! I noticed an earlier post in the thread (just a few messages above) with a similar In Production date (Sep 4), but the Estimated Delivery is way earlier (Oct 13). Not sure why there is such a big difference...

If you’re referring to my order, my dealer is in the Chicago suburbs and just 20 minute drive from the rail yard they ship in and out of and could be a factor. Just speculation though

Trucks are generally assembled fully in one day from start to finish (maybe splitting across two calendar days, depending on the shift). The "estimated ship date" is the estimated build date.
At least, that's what has been put together over the past couple of years from tracking build sheets against estimated ship dates. Build sheets are no longer published, so it's not possible (on my end) to verify that kind of stuff anymore.

Only the Ram gods know, lol. Could be about the scheduled timing for a particular train. Perhaps the next few heading your direction are already booked up.

For those of you still waiting with old orders, this is what the GM at my dealership sent me in an email last week before my truck went into production-

“This is what I got back from my rep at the factory.
Aaron,

These were all slated for Production in September so it should be on the ground in October.

There was a few hundred in the same situation across the BC”
