Nothing is accurate...add 1 to 15 months to that date.

It means your truck is released from the factory for shipping. Now you'll have to pester your dealer for shipping updates. It can be anywhere from 1-3 (or 4) weeks to get to your dealer, depending on how many transfers there are. And little variables, like whether there's an available flatbed from your final rail stop to the dealership.

Hmm, my truck was only 90 miles away from my dealer. Truck sat at the rail yard for two weeks before they shipped it.

But our Members on here are waiting for WS. And some have waited over 53 days. My build sheet came out Monday Dec.15. And im waiting for a WS. My dealer is less than 10mi.Away. and I work next door at Sterling Stamping.... Trucks are waiting Inspection a Ton of them.......lol

I get it 8 months for my truck. Ram has their own way of doing things unfortunately
I hope your truck comes sooner then what it is scheduled.

Congratulations to those getting their trucks soon! I am still debating if I will order or buy from lot. Man, the wait and anticipation have to create a lot of anxiety. So, from what I am seeing, the average order to actual delivery (member receiving the vehicle) is approximately 5 months? I like the idea of ordering for obvious reasons but Man, waits, delays may take away from my total appreciation for this fine vehicle (just my take). Anyways, it's great that Eighty provides those updates to mitigate some of this anxiety, especially as a group so others can share their experiences....it's like group therapy and measured outcomes all in one! Again, congrats to those who ordered and received their toys!!

anyone know if/when the Sterling Heights' plant is shutdown for the holidays? I know someone had mentioned in a previous chat that is was normally 12/22-1/5. Since we received BS & WS updates from Eighty today, I was hoping that they are shortening that break. It would be welcomed by many of us, since they are so far behind.

I don't know when they're shut down, but keep in mind that the build sheets are from work done last Friday (and possibly over the weekend). Window stickers are also from the weekend. When I run my scan tomorrow morning, we'll know if they built anything today.
