Hmm. I guess that's possible. Accounting / Finance was doing all the end of year stuff, saw your $1k deposit check, and no other activity for several months. Sent you back the $1k to get it off their books.

Did your salesperson ask you to send in another $1k, or just wait till your truck arrives ?

And naturally, the BF RHO I was eyeballing in SC is no longer on sale....I'm just like "f*ck me!"
 
Gang...I need advice.
My current truck, 3500 Limited dually is currently at the dealer with a "Service DEF System, See Dealer" light on, but no codes are pulling up. The dealer doesn't seem to want to pull the injector or the sensor to physically see if there is an issue, yet are totally relying on the OBD to see whats going on, again, no codes are showing up.
Options are:
A; wait until the truck is fixed, then decide on trade
B; wait for truck to be fixed, go to a different dealer to trade it in
C; just pull truck from dealer & see what happens
D; trade truck in at current status and take what they have in inventory
E; pull truck from dealer, go to a different dealer & see what options are
F; wait for 3500 to be fixed, go to a different dealer to trade it in on a truck with most of the things i want, but in the color I want (no longer on sale)
G; wait for 3500 to be fixed, go to a different dealer to trade it in on a truck with everything I want, minus color

So conflicted!

I fell like I'm just getting f*cked no mater what I do.

Eighty. Would you know if my vehicle ships to lapeer. rd .Marshaling center or to another lot before going there. ? I have called them and they only told me they haven't recieved it yet .. lol

I can't see anything on shipping. But you dealer can look up all the legs of the journey using VIN TRACK. Here's an example of what it would look like, from when my truck was shipped a long time ago.

@Mopaniac Mine was also built on 12/31 but my tracker has not updated to shipped status yet. I emailed my dealer Tuesday and he was able to provide the current location that he could see in his system.

New Boston is the rail yard that trucks ship out from. So your truck has made it to the rail yard, and is just waiting for its train.
