Well Gents, I've hit the 70 days mark since production today. Going this afternoon to look at a RHO I found about an hour away. Sucks...but, it is what it is. I've literally been out of a vehicle since 12/23/25, and the dealer STILL doesn't know whats wrong with it.

Did you ever get any additional clarification from your dealership, specifically about them returning your $5k deposit ?

Have they given any feedback about the extended length of time for your build?

Question for anyone who ordered an RHO before the Oct 1, 2025 price increase:

I placed my order with a local dealer on 9/26/25 BEFORE the MSRP increase on 10/1/25. My RHO just got a window sticker yesterday. The MSRP on my order from the dealer showed $85,295. The window sticker generated now shows $88,745. Dealer says there's nothing they can co about it since the truck wasn't built before the price increase. The order date is a moot point, according to them. Anyone else had this issue and how did your dealer respond?

They should honor the original price when your ordered your truck.

To be honest, I think it's up to dealership policy. Whereas some dealerships will specifically say they honor vehicle price at time of deposit paid. Not sure if those dealerships that have the price guarantees, in turn have a contract with Stellantis to honor the price at time of order. Or if the dealership basically just eats the difference in price.

Or conversely, if the dealerships who don't lock in your price and guarantee your price still get the vehicle at the cheaper price and just charge you more, and keep the extra money. 🤔

Garbage dealership. Do you have any paperwork? That stuff is usually spelled out in the contract.

Did you & the dealership agree on a price? If so, they should absolutely honor that price!!!
 
The dealer has to apply for price protection from Ram, otherwise they pay the higher price as well. If the dealer didn't set it as price protected from the onset, I don't think they have an option (but I'm not sure).

Try to keep this short. Ordered 25my was canceled reordered 26 my, and this started March 1st and reordered June 18th. Dealer told me I was guaranteed original price. Truck came in October 27th went to check it out before it was ready for pickup. As I was getting ready to leave sales manager came running out and said hey the truck came in more then what we priced it at. I said yes but you only got charged for original sale and told him to check his invoice. He did and all was good.
Your dealer may not know that or they do and are trying to make more money off of you. Have them check their invoice to confirm, @AnthonyRI am I correct on this. At least that is how mine turned out.
 
I ordered At the end of September and my window sticker numbers reflected the new pricing but my quote sheet from the dealership has the original pricing at time of order.

My Priced Order Confirmation from RAM and my deal sheet from the dealership both reflect the lower MSRP. The GM is saying that was only reflecting the MSRP at the time of order and wasn’t price protected. He says it would’ve had to have been built under the old pricing, which obviously it wasn’t. The whole thing just pisses me off. I’ve waited with excitement for 4 months for this truck. It’s not about the $3600. If $3600 made the difference in affordability, I shouldn’t be buying an almost $90k truck. It’s just about the principle of the matter…

Ah! MSRP $90k. Dealer price $82,330 + running boards & tonneau cover. $6K positive on my trade, went towards the down payment + the 5K refund from my original order.
