So "Sold ordered" means ordered but not delivered, correct? It has a buyer but they have not taken possession yet? Those people will still have the warranty even if they receive it after 9/2?
The way I understand it, is you must take possession of the truck on or before 9/2.So "Sold ordered" means ordered but not delivered, correct? It has a buyer but they have not taken possession yet? Those people will still have the warranty even if they receive it after 9/2?
I am ASSUMING that they will extend it but you never know.
This.I'm sorry to hear that your experience has been so frustrating, it certainly doesn't have to be. Since this is on the MARK DODGE thread, I'm not going to be shy. If you tallied your time & frustration spent trying to find someone to match/beat what we're doing, there is a high probability that the cost you've expended exceeds that of shipping. Let me be clear, ANY dealer CAN offer the same price we are, and it does happen. But we do it EVERY time.
I will defend, for a moment, the salesfolk nationally who you may encounter - they are making a living on what is in real time in front of them, that's how they pay THIS month's mortgage, grocery bill, etc. Spending time researching things like future colors, rebate compatibility, the thousand ways to screw up sold-order-protection, affiliate, etc - that's not tangible money today. Like most industries, I'm realizing personally, it is growing "important" commonplace to get a fast answer than a right answer.
This is where we differ, is that our ownership decided to invest in the factory order process. Investments in time, capital, processes, technology, and personnel. Right now two of us that only handle factory orders (at one point back in the 4xe craze we had 4). We're backed up by a dedicated few that assist with putting the details together when the truck comes in. Logistics professionals who handle booking transport, airport pickup, etc. Remote finance team members who are able to sign you all up remotely lighting fast. A physical building on our lot, with humans inside, that ONLY works on PDI for new vehicles - they're not distracted by people in the waiting room for regular service lane on a brake job, warranty work, etc.
This is what we do on not just RHO's, but all factory orders (similar structure of pricing) on all Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles.
It doesn't have to be your birthday, you don't have to ask three times to get the right answer (Austin powers?).
All day every day and we're not going anywhere!
This is what I’m interested in as well, but waiting to see more pictures of Canyon Lake before I order.@AnthonyRI Any news on when Canyon Lake will be available for order? My 2025 order was a Granite and thus I am picking a new color for the 2026. Working with Mark Dodge of course!
Thank you for the transparency and explanation. I 100% believe everything you are saying. Now I'm just frustrated, bc I'm not sure why I have a very close family member and a personal friend who are in the business and have been for decades telling me to "not trust these deals" or "even if they sale me the vehicle at their cost with 0 profit, they could never get close to X,Y, and Z's numbers or discounts".Common misconception - we buy the vehicle at the SAME PRICE that everyone else does. The fact that we choose to target excelling in each little game that RAM puts in front of us is a choice. The "kickbacks" are commensurate with volume and on a per-vehicle basis the smallest dealer could get the same.
The difference is that we can AFFORD to sell each vehicle with a much smaller profit margin, WITH some risks involved, because with the volume in play it all averages out. It is NOT that we pay less for the vehicle, or that we get more incentives per vehicle sold, than anyone else who was performing at the same optimization within their own volume and/or market.
Well having your guard up IS appropriate. I can think of two specific dealerships in two other states (not on this forum!) that are good size volume and advertise absolute nonsense, fake MSRPs, triple rebates that aren't compatible, etc. So there are plenty of deals that aren't real. That's the beauty of these forums though is that you can hear from enough real stories to understand what's what.Thank you for the transparency and explanation. When all they had to say is exactly what you just said, only that their dealership chooses to not play and excel at all the little games to allow them to sale vehicles at such a steep discount.
Again thank you for the explanation and transparency!
No word on Canyon@AnthonyRI Any news on when Canyon Lake will be available for order? My 2025 order was a Granite and thus I am picking a new color for the 2026. Working with Mark Dodge of course!
Ordered by after the program started, before 9/2, and done so correctly as a sold-older.So, is the 9/2 date order by or receive by?
Okay, so if our 2025MY got pushed to 2026 we are under the umbrella for the 10 year/100k? Even though, technically, we ordered before the program was available.Ordered by after the program started, before 9/2, and done so correctly as a sold-older.
I still expect the expiry date to get continually refreshed, but for now we know that sold orders are protected akin to having a rebate.

Got it. Hopefully all the questions can be answered in the near future. Can't say for certain
Just to be crystal clear here, if we placed an order on a 2026 before the program was announced, then we are or are not locked in on the 10yr/100K?Ordered by after the program started, before 9/2, and done so correctly as a sold-older.

As far as I can tell at this point, correct. It doesn't mean that you WON"T get the warranty, just means you're not GUARANTEED.Just to be crystal clear here, if we placed an order on a 2026 before the program was announced, then we are or are not locked in on the 10yr/100K?
Indeed we do!@AnthonyRI in addition to the discounts on the RHO, do you offer any discounts on 2026 Tungsten/Limited orders?
