Flash: Power Tailgate Module (PTGM) Updates Customers may comment on the following: SYMPTOM: ● Power Tailgate may not power open or power close. This bulletin involves inspecting and, if necessary, reprogramming the PTGM with the latest software, then performing a tailgate calibration.
