360 cameras after the fact?

I had a thought why can’t you just add 360° cameras after the fact I know there are wireless ones that are used on big rigs that run about $2000 and maybe 1500 for an RV
I also saw a video that applied to a 2022 ram 12 inch screen but I think it was Uconnect five
Basically, the guy pulled the radio out plugged in some stuff and he had cameras?
Anybody looked into this tried it whatever?
