Well, I turned off the welcoming lights as soon as I bought the truck. That did not help. Truck was dead this morning. Getting it towed to a dealership. Was hoping all these bugs were fixed in the 2026.

When is RAM going to recall these trucks or is this a NHTSA issue? @RamCares I would think this could be a bad safety issue as it could leave people stranded at the wrong moment.

Turn off key proximity stuff and keep fob away. Got my serrano level 0 in April 10k miles , flawless

Dealt with this issue about a 2 months ago. Truck is a year and half old and had about 23k miles on it. They did a bunch of software updates and it has been fine since but I travel a lot and agree with you, being stranded is now something I have to think about.

I hate to say it, but the first mod for any Stellantis vehicle should be a NOCO Genius 10 battery charger. Or just replace the OEM batteries with good ones. It probably doesn’t fix all the issues, but poor battery quality is a known weakness and doing an optimization and/replacement eliminates a source of many problems (but not all).

2026 level 1, have had just under a year and just shy of 9000 miles and finally happened. At first, the hand free cruise said it needed service and the blind spot lights in the mirror stayed on. Next day the battery was dead. A plus was the auto start stop stopped working...lol. Service dealer tested the main battery and finally got a fail, auxiliary battery tested good. Replaced and ran a bunch of updates, now everything seems to be working as it should, including the auto off🫩.
After the update, the digital key showed up on my screen, but still nothing in my app.

Any RHO owner who reads this site has to think about all the issues folks are experiencing, I always breath a sigh of relief every time I remote start the truck and it works. That's setting the bar awfully low.
