Bought a 26 rho today, aftermarket warranty question

NAC 150k miles unlimited years or CNA 92 months (or something similar) 100k miles. I hear NAC has a history of denying claims. I have had great luck with CNA ON A 120K/10 or on a Sierra 6.2 that i do basic maintenance on myself. If necessary I will have dealer change oil to stay in warranty and do in-between myself. I was quoted 4k for NAC and 2900 for CNA. Seems high as my 10 yr 120 was $2200.
