From my experiances at the dealership, this truck is to different from the regular trucks that the people working on them don't know enough about them to actually fix them. It took me three trips to the dealership explaining that this truck has handsfree driving before they would believe me !!!!!Thanks Hannah.
Speaking for customers in general, I think we’ve reached a point where a dealer is not the appropriate resolution for the quantity of electrical and software issues we encounter on these vehicles. I don’t just have time to sit at my dealer every other week as I encounter these problems. I’ve also had instances where going to the dealer caused me new problems, which furthers the issue.
We really need a better product and better means to resolve issues. Dealer visits are painful in terms of time and inconvenience. I can’t think of another product I own where I would accept such consistent need for dealer support of quality issues.
Well. Mine went in the other day. A full day. I guess someone forgot to tell the technicians that these things will record Hard Accel / Hard Braking / top speed etc. you see where I’m going with thisFrom my experiances at the dealership, this truck is to different from the regular trucks that the people working on them don't know enough about them to actually fix them. This is such BS, but unfortunately it’s probably not uncommon because there’s never any accountability or consequences.Well. Mine went in the other day. A full day. So I’m at work after dropping it off. 900 miles on her. I get some alert about Hard acceleration. I look at the app. Couple hard acceleration warnings and a top speed of almost 100 mph.
In literally 2 miles around the dealer.
I call and I’m told you can’t prove that etc etc typical bullshit. I send the screenshots / route etc. from the app and service manager calls me about 10 seconds later apologizing etc etc we will fix the problem etc etc it was a test drive to attempt to replicate the brake issues. Total bullshit. Not even broke in and some dipshit is driving it like it’s stolen.
The dealer principal is supposed to reach out to me soon before I put this all on Google reviews. Any recommendation as to what to say? Cause all I could do at the time was swear like an angry marine drill Sgt.
Opinions welcome.

Apparently they are having a “meeting” with the tech, shop foreman, dealer principal and service manager. They won’t do shit to this clown. Guaranteed. This is such BS, but unfortunately it’s probably not uncommon because there’s never any accountability or consequences.
Tell them you will not be satisfied and you will post a review on all platforms unless they offer a dealership backed (not Stellantis backed) lifetime warranty on the drive train (my dealer throws this in for free on all their new vehicle sales so this is doable) and proof that they identified the offender and fired them.
You know this dipsh** has likely been doing this since the day they were hired, and they’ll continue to do it unless they’re sent packing.
For anyone who thinks this is extreme, it’s a win for the dealer as well…they get rid of a problem employee and employee performance improves across the board when they hear what happened to Joey for f’ing around with a customer vehicle.
I’d honestly open a case with @RamCares on that one. Complete disrespect of your property and not at all professional. Push for an extended bumper to bumper warranty in case there was any premature failures originating from that exercise.Apparently they are having a “meeting” with the tech, shop foreman, dealer principal and service manager. They won’t do shit to this clown. Guaranteed.
Thanks for the advice gents. Appreciate it.
I agree 100 percent...Imagine taking it to the dealer 12 months agoFrom my experiances at the dealership, this truck is to different from the regular trucks that the people working on them don't know enough about them to actually fix them. Under drive alerts on main page. You set the parameters in each alert tab.I don’t have alerts anywhere lol.
Well, it was six months ago so yeah !!! And to make matters worse, my dealer only sold 1 other RHO so far since they have been out so I don't see them caring enough to even find out how to fix them !!!!!I agree 100 percent...Imagine taking it to the dealer 12 months ago![]()

Once again. Canadian!!! The dealer is supposed to reach out to me to remedy the situation. You need to take over Canada customer support - they are BRUTAL here. Thanks for the mention, @eltaco!
Little late here, but we would like to learn more, @Chris3058. If you have yet to connect with us, then please send a private message our way!
