Buyback/Lemon Law Success...Anyone?

I love the look of the RHO and would order today if not for the way too many major issues people are having. No amount of pushback from the RHO fans on this forum will convince me that these problems aren't widespread.I believe the facts show the electrical systems are garbage and need to replaced with a different system.

Every manufacturer has its issues. You just trade issues when you buy.

Well, I'm at 82 days out of service and driving a 2wd Bighorn loaner. My claim with NCDS (stellantis) was denied yesterday. My next move is to call a lemon law attorney on Monday. Can anyone recommend one?

I went with Krohn & Moss. I came out better trading my truck to Carvana and taking cash settlement of $17k from Stellantis. The entire process took about 5 months until I had the funds in my account

I just signed on with a LL attorney. Don't waste your time with any FCA arbitration program. IMO if any program has the word arbitration in the title pass on it. Just call a LL attorney and discuss it with them after you meet your states' guidelines.

Today is exactly 100 days without my RHO. I am on my second loaner truck. I had to take the first one in for an oil change and they gave me another because I put to many miles on the first.

I've been through the Lemon Law process with Stellantis for a 24 Wrangler Rubicon X 4XE. Get a good lemon law attorney, document everything, and I mean everything. For my instance, I had every service record, every phone call record, invoices, and I did some digging myself to help my case, which I can't really say out loud. They at first wanted to offer me 10K to shut up and keep the Jeep, but all my issues were still not resolved. I wanted full buy-back, they threatened arbitration, so I told them let's go. The day before our arbitration case was to be seen, they dismissed it and agreed to buy it back. Total time involved was 1 year 7 months. I got every penny I put out, less like $450 bucks for the mileage it had when the first occurrence happened. If you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks RHOJohnnie. I got a lawyer about three weeks ago. They have sent a demand letter to FCA. It's already been over three months and I probably have at least three to six more to go minimum. I'm mentally past the initial shock of buying a truck and then having to return it the following day. I'm now ready for the long haul and the adversarial nature that this situation quickly turned into. The lawyer has everything they asked for and some additional items that I feel might be helpful. I think the worst part so far has been the denial decision that NCDS determined. It just baffles my mind that because a part is back ordered that it is not their problem. What a complete joke and waste of time that was.
