Can someone help me with an update?

My truck had an estimated delivery of December 22 and has been getting pushed back by a few days at a time up until yesterday. Now it says TBD. I live 45 minutes from the Sterling Heights plant and I’m just worried it may have been damaged etc. vin is 1C6SRFUP7SN620415.

My dealer was in Romeo and had same issue sitting at Conner yard for 22 days lol. tracker stayed as "built" the whole time (even after it arrived at dealer) Tracker updated to 12/26 delivery on Christmas day and then went back to TBD. Hit dealer on 12/26..
Your dealer can't do shit ..he should get a Cassen's notice with your VIN once it moves and it should show up same day or next morning

Truck showed up yesterday. To anyone I recommended going to Lafontaine of Fenton, Michigan, don’t. I made the deal back in September with them to match the price with mark dodge. I made it very clear that this price doesn’t include rebates or an employee discount of any kind and they agreed. Every few weeks I called to confirm that the deal was still good and I always got the green light. I go in to do the paperwork today and they say I don’t qualify for employee discount and the best they can do is 5000 off which included 2000 in rebates. The very manager I did the deal with lies and said we were both under the assumption at some point before the truck showed up that we would be able to use an employee discount. Worst part about this is, my friend is the salesman. He quit and went to a competitor nearby. Don’t do business with these liars. Still waiting on my deposit they had for months

Sounds like typical scummy Michigan dealerships! Lafontaine is known for playing games always! Hopefully you can order with mark dodge and lock in your rebates and discount!

Ouch what a waste of time. But yes according to my brother rho don't qualify for employe discount. he used to give it to me to all 5 cars I got from him.

You may want to check out one of the newer dealers discussed on the Forum, Glover in Tulsa. They will discount of 9-10k off - plus incentives you qualify for AND they will do a courtesy delivery to a dealership of your choice. There is a thread with the GMs contact info. Official Forum dealers / vendors are also a good choice.

Sorry man. I know this story ALL TOO WELL. Similar type nonsense was pulled on me with AutoNation Toyota here in AZ. We had signed everything, pulled credit and then weird phone call out of blue weeks before truck was to arrive and magically everything changed. They claimed that they hadn't signed the contract, so it was okay for them to change terms and leave me holding the bag.

What type of deal did they give you in Romeo? I’m in Oxford and looking to order one. I bought my last truck from their dealer in Lapeer and they gave me a real good deal. Thanks

Give me their number, I’ll call and tell there manager there dealership name is getting dragged through dirt online with thousands viewing and responding. Maybe they will change there mind and try to keep their dealership name clean
