Can someone help me with an update?

My truck had an estimated delivery of December 22 and has been getting pushed back by a few days at a time up until yesterday. Now it says TBD. I live 45 minutes from the Sterling Heights plant and I’m just worried it may have been damaged etc. vin is 1C6SRFUP7SN620415.
Appreciate any help.

It’s an error in the dealers system. They can tell me that it hasn’t left the storage yard, but can’t tell me why. I was just curious what the issue was

My dealer was in Romeo and had same issue sitting at Conner yard for 22 days lol. tracker stayed as "built" the whole time (even after it arrived at dealer) Tracker updated to 12/26 delivery on Christmas day and then went back to TBD. Hit dealer on 12/26..
Your dealer can't do shit ..he should get a Cassen's notice with your VIN once it moves and it should show up same day or next morning

it may be messy at Conner Rail yard for a bit. It was transferred to a 3rd party operator last week and now Stellantis doesn't run it directly..
