CarPlay Audio Just Disappeared

So I'm exactly in the middle of a 2,200 mile trip and I'm using Google Maps to naviagte. Suddenly the voice directions disappear. I can hear them very, very faintly from god knows where. Changing the volume when directions are being given does nothing.

Tomorrow I'll try soft reset yet again. Anyone have any ideas? Help out an old altar boy!!

I had something similar happen a few weeks back but my issue was with my music volume. the steering wheel control would not increase the music but I herd my navigation just fine. The only way I could turn the music up was to go into the media settings and move the slider up or down. I did a couple of soft resets of the u connect and a vehicle re start once or twice and its been fine ever since. At the time I didn't think to try the actual volume knob but you might give that a try too.

Thanks, those are great thoughts. I tried the volume, made no difference. I'll take a look at the media settings and give the soft reset a try.

These little nitnoid issues are driving me nuts. On a $100k truck I have to keep resetting uConnect once per week.

Agreed. It is very frustrating.
