Cat 6 install. Help please

Ok. All i have to say is wow!! Night and day!! Ran it on map 3 and it’s unreal. Was on the highway next thing i know im at 97mph like it was nothing. Throttle and responsiveness is unreal . I left the values on the pre set levels and it almost feels like baja on crack. So far I love it!! Thanks Nick

The tuners are absolutely great but full disclosure, I think like a lot of the wow factor for most you guys is simply the throttle controller portion of the cat6.

I already had a throttle controller so I was used to that already being there, and the cat6 difference wasn't nearly as big of a wow factor to me.

Like when I first put the roar throttle controller on, I was like holy shit. That difference was huge and ALWAYS noticable. Literally felt like a new vehicle to me.

If you're already used to a throttle controller, the tuner is basically unnoticeable unless you're absolutely flooring it. Then it definitely becomes noticeable. You literally do hit 100mph so fast lol it's like woahhhh.

This is why I decided to go Cat6 instead of Jb4. The throttle controller is such an important part of the equation. Pair it with the tuner and you're golden.

Best single upgrade for this vehicle should be the cat6.

i attached the pdf install instructions, they don't show the evap purge valve in them and you can squeeze your hand under it

This is the right connector. For what it's worth in case this helps anyone:

I just unscrewed the connecter with the single torx head screw, popped it out, and then did my wiring. I was having the hardest time fitting my hand under there.

I think you hit it right on the head, the throttle or controller is what makes this tune great. For the most part, you can’t even tell the horsepower game gain, unless you Floor it then you will quickly realize you’re going to 100+.

And this is why I’m hesitant to grab the JB4. I already have the pedal commander and holy shit is the difference amazing. Really not sure I want to spend the $500 for a negligible difference.

I mean, there's still a big difference under full throttle.

In my experience, you don't really notice it on the butt dyno.

It kind of "feels" the same, but you'll definitely notice the speedometer though, for sure. If that makes any sense.

It's usually pretty wet around here this time of year but holy hell when I put it in sport mode and get on it the thing seems to blur time. I cannot imagine with quicker throttle response or even more power.
