CAT 6 with K&N Cold Air Intake using Draggy

During the JB4 dyno runs, the hood was up for all pulls.

Interesting. That leaves the intercooler. As @HurriRAM stated, intercooler could be overwhelmed by the hot air from the heat created by higher boost. IMO the small turbos are maxed as is.

Hood up in a stagnant building (with or without fans) is also not the same has hood down but getting actual air from the wind on the grill as you're accelerating

one thing everyone seems to be missing here. The cat 6 and cat 6/k&n tests were done on different days, in different locations and with different ambient conditions.

The cat 6 without the k&n had 400ft DA and slightly uphill, the cat 6 with k&n had a NEGATIVE DA and was slightly downhill. those are fantastic conditions for the k&n runs.

@JLM1600 and JB industries both tried the same part # and removed immediately because of loss of power. Not sure how better numbers are being attained. Smaller air intakes definitely make more noise.
True. This kit was not developed for the RHO. This is why the airbox does not line up with the hood. It "fits" and sound super cool but that does not mean it improves performance. This is all I'm going to say before the keyboard warriors come out and decide to ruin this thread.
