Excuse my misinformation, but what is the price to be able to place one of those plates and could you tell me how to do it?

It’s different for every state. I think here in Texas it’s $595 for 5 years or $349 for 3 years

I was going to do RHO 540 or something with RHO in it for Minnesota. Now it is a flagged item since it says "HO" in it and apparently that is now not good lol. It worked a month or so ago now any version with RHO I can't get anything for it. Might have to just go with the new black plates and get what I get and try again later.
