Dead battery again.

Had this problem last year and it was a shifter module issue causing parasitic drain on battery. I guess my biggest issue this time is I went through stellantis roadside assistance to get it flatbed over to my dealer and was told I would have to pay for the tow out of pocket and try to get reimbursed. Maybe @RamCares can shed some light on how that makes any sense for a 1 1/2 year old truck with 18k miles still under warranty?
I love this truck even with a couple hiccups I’ve had with it but I find that unacceptable for a 90k truck. Sorry just venting. Oh and I did not pay for the tow, instead jumped the truck and drove to dealer.
